Although Mom had to wait all day at Proctor Hospital before her niece and sister could drive back down to Peoria to pick her up, she was feeling much better this morning than she was last night after she had gotten back.
She was still a little cranky last night after she had gotten home because she had to wait for some medical technician to drop off some oxygen tanks and show her how to operate them.
Can you blame her? First she had to spend the night in the hospital when she thought she was going to come home the same day. Then, because of the biopsy and anesthesia she couldn’t eat all day (she finally could have something to eat Tuesday afternoon). Finally, she couldn’t move around enough on Monday and Tuesday which exacerbated her sciatic.
She was feeling so good before she had this biopsy done.
I am just happy and relieved that she was feeling a little better this morning.
She is supposed to start to the chemotherapy on Monday and she doesn’t need any more stress.
